Shipping and Handling Rates and Policies

All Shipments are sent UPS.

All orders should be received within 7 to 10 business days after the day you purchased your order.  Some times shortages may occur with products.  If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer or distributor by the next business day.  We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges.  Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages.

All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS).  Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired.  Insurance is offered free up to $100. 

Any single order that weighs over 40 lbs. may incur additional shipping charges.

State Sales Tax

All Virginia residents must pay state sales tax.
