We at Emergency Survival Source make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

 Return Policy on All Non-GPS Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. If the item(s) is defective, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit. If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100. If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.

Emergency Survival Source offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Special Order items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed  DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA@cwrelectronics.com or call 732-237-9300 (Option 1 for Customer Service) and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.
